- Spring Clean-up: We clean up your entire property, flower beds and more. We edge your driveway, sidewalks, getting your property ready for warmer weather.
- Lawn Mowing & Trimming: A well manicured lawn in the spring, summer and fall without lifting a finger. We cut and trim your lawn every week from spring through fall. All debris hauled away.
- Leaf Removal: No more raking, blowing or bagging—let us handle the fall clean-up. We will remove all leaves in the fall.
- Tree & Shrub Pruning: Keep your property healthy and attractive. We keep your trees and shrubs looking good all year long.
- Power Washing & Gutter Cleaning: Make your home shine with clean siding, driveways, and walkways. Plus, no more clogged gutters. Each Spring we will power wash your home and clean your gutters in the Fall when we do leaf removal.
- Bonus: As a property care customer, you will be a member to Coop’s Croft garden, where you can get fresh produce Spring, Summer and Fall. All produce grown right here in Penn Beach at our organic garden. See what we grow Here.

Note: We install mulch as part of the service, however the mulch material is an extra cost. Labor is included in your service. You buy it and we will install it.
